Refund policy

Our top priority is to make sure that you are happy with every single purchase.  However, we understand that things happen sometimes.  Please inspect your delivery upon arrival.  If you receive a product that has been damaged, please contact us via email at coastallavishandglow@gmail.com within 72 hours.  Photos of damaged product are also helpful.  Returns will be accepted for 14 days from date of delivery.  Only unused products are eligible for a refund or exchange.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
